2021 — Foundation and First Steps

In March 2021, we launched the first in-person workshop on active breaks in downtown offices. 45 people from three different companies participated. The initial feedback confirmed that the demand for daily organization was real.

2022 — Morning Routine Guide

In June, we published a downloadable guide with seven morning habits to reduce stress before leaving home. Over 1,200 copies were distributed in three months. The visual weekly planning method became the most requested resource.

2023 — Expansion to Digital Format

In October, we opened the quick tips channel with two-minute micro-videos. Each week we share a breathing exercise or an organization trick. The audience grew by 80% compared to the previous year, with followers from across the metropolitan region.
